East African School Programmes
2 Day Leadership (Trail of the Ndorobo)
This programme incorporates on and off ground adventure initiatives
and challenges, and fulfills the need for leadership, teambuilding
and personal challenge. Using theatre, entertainment and an insight
into the colourful history of Kenya, participants are invited
to live out the adventures of the Ndorobo.
Many of the Ndorobo’s daily challenges have been recreated
to test the initiative, teamwork, leadership, daring and commitment
of each group and their individual members. The activities are
challenging and fun, yet safe and easy to participate in and
the level of challenge they accept. This adventure fulfills the
need for team building and personal challenge and allows participants
to let go of some of the preconceptions they hold for themselves,
their school and others in the group.
