Kosiuosko to the Sea

We are just not limited to Western Australia but with so much variety in one country it is hard to choose where to go. In the past we have used the following areas outside of Western Australia for some memorable adventures.

A one month expedition that starts at Australia’s highest mountain, Mt. Kosciousko (2228m) and ends up at the coast of Victoria. Highlights include:

• 5 Day Cross Country ski through the high plains of the Snowy Mountains.
• 9 Day raft down the Snowy River
• 12 Day trek through old growth forests
• 4 Day sea kayak

This is an advanced level expedition and is a fantastic opportunity for students groups, DofE and CCF to tackle a major journey.

Murray River Trek and Canoe

An expedition on Australia’s premier waterway that usually lasts 3 weeks. Starting up in the high lands where the Murray Gates pour out and ending up at the border of Victoria and South Australia.

• 5 Day Raft down the Murray Gates.
• 9 Day canoe down the Murray River
• 7 Day mountain bike trek through the rocky Grampian Ranges

This is an advanced level expedition and is a fantastic opportunity for students groups, D of E and CCF to tackle a major journey.
