Participation Contract

We want you to take our Oath.  Will you?

All people who participate in CAT programmes are asked to commit to the Full Value Contract. Additionally, each group develops and brings context and meaning to the contract as they see fit. It provides participants with the safety and permission needed to broach the often-difficult team and personal issues with staff members of all levels within the company. Within this framework, it is not only acceptable, but also desirable for people in groups to offer and seek increased understanding of self, others and the company.

Tenets of the Full Value Contract:

• Be here (fully present).
• Be safe (physically and emotionally).
• Set goals (demanding and realistic).
• Be honest (give and receive feedback).
• Let go and move on (use feedback for growth).
